ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่ง ผู้ขนส่งตกลงรับผิดชอบในความสูญหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากความผิดของผู้ขนส่งต่อผู้ส่งไม่เกิน 5,000 (ห้าพันพันบาทถ้วน) ต่อของหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์หนึ่งชิ้นหรือต่อใบส่งของ แต่ทั้งหมดแล้วต้องไม่เกิน 5,000 (ห้าพันบาทถ้วน) และผู้ขนส่งจะไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นโดยไม่ใช่ความประมาทเลินเล่อ ในกรณีที่เป็นของจัดอยู่ในประเภทต้องห้าม โดยผู้ขนส่งสามารถมีสิทธิในการตรวจสอบ และมีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการขนส่ง หากพบว่าของที่ส่งเป็นอันตรายต่อบุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินของผู้อื่น รวมถึงเป็นของต้องห้าม ของผิดกฎหมาย หรือรวมถึงของที่มีข้อกำหนดหรือเงื่อนไขเฉพาะในการจัดส่ง
นอกจากนั้นยังรวมถึงบรรจุภัณฑ์ของผู้ส่งไม่ว่าจะก่อนหรือหลังจากผู้ส่งได้ทำการส่ง โดยผู้ส่งยินยอมด้วยในการดังกล่าว เมื่อเกิดความสูญหาย/เสียหาย จะต้องแจ้งมูลค่าของสินค้าหรือของที่เสียหาย/สูญหาย เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรแก่ผู้ส่ง โดยแสดงข้อความบนใบขนส่ง ทั้งนี้จะต้องกระทำก่อนที่ของและ/หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์จะอยู่ภายใต้การครอบครองของผู้รับของ หากผู้รับลงลายมือชื่อผู้รับบนใบขนส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ถือว่าผู้รับของเข้าใจและยอมรับว่าผู้รับของได้รับของและ/หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยสมบูรณ์และอยู่ในสภาพดี จะไม่สามารถเรียกค่าเสียหายหรือสูญหายได้ ทั้งนี้กรณีที่มีค่าเสียหายเกิดขึ้นจากการสูญหาย/เสียหาย หรือส่งมอบชักช้าเกิดขึ้น จากการขนส่งและค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการขนส่งแล้ว โดยผู้ส่งของหรือผู้รับของไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิหักค่าเสียหายออกจากจำนวนเงินค่าระวาง (ค่าขนส่ง) และค่าใช้จ่ายก่อนที่จะชำระให้ผู้ขนส่งได้
ความเสียหายหรือสูญหาย รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งมีสาเหตุมาจากการที่ผู้ส่งใช้หีบห่อหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ไม่แข็งแรงมากเพียงพอ หรือไม่เหมาะสมกับตัวสินค้าและการขนส่ง
ความเสียหายการสูญเสีย รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นโดยตรงหรือต่อเนื่องจากภัยสงคราม (ไม่ว่าจะมีการประกาศหรือไม่ก็ตาม) สงครามกลางเมือง การกบฎ การปฏิวัติ การก่อการร้าย การก่อวินาศกรรม ทุ่นระเบิด โตปิโด หรืออาวุธสงครามอื่นๆ การจลาจล การแข็งข้อ หรือการต่อสู้ของประชาชน การถูกยึดไปใช้โดยกฎอัยการศึก การนัดหยุดงาน
ความเสียหายหรือการสูญเสียจากภัยใดๆ ที่ต่อเนื่อง ถึงแม้ว่าความเสียหาย หรือการสูญเสียนั้นจะต่อเนื่องจากภัยที่คุ้มครองก็ตาม
การประกันภัยนี้ไม่คุ้มครองความเสียหาย หรือการสูญเสียใดๆ ของทรัพย์สิน ได้แก่ เอกสารที่มีมูลค่า สิ่งของแตกหักเสียหายง่าย เครื่องแก้ว กระจก เครื่องเพชร เครื่องประดับ (ทอง เงิน พลอย) ของสด สิ่งของผิดกฎหมาย วัตถุอันตราย งานศิลปะ สินค้าวัตถุโบราณ
